Gretchen Sauer. Est. 1969! Yeah, my journey began in '69. I love my age and where I am headed. My successes have been large, partner in a large multi-specialty veterinary hospital, to smaller, personal successes, dabbling in learning guitar with Mandy Rowden www.girlguitaraustin.com/ #badassmusician

The path of discovering health for me began with my coach, Jason Windley, owner of Bodyshop Athletics X. www.facebook.com/pages/category/Athlete/Jason-Windley-AthleteCoach-102250454452725/ He showed me how to be strong inside and out. He turned me into a powerlifter. Not a training day goes by, I don't hear him telling me, "Drive! Drive!" You damn well know that spark hits my blood, and I am ignited to push / pull that iron. He was the catalyst to finding my fire.

Now I am a better version of myself because of my experiences—the positive ones and the not-so-great ones. Thank God for all of them, because each moment brought me here. Brought me to the place where I realize I am writing my story. I am the author of my future.
